  9. Using a measuring cup, scoop the batter and divide the batter into two, so that you can make two dora cake at one time. The batter will automatically start spreading; you do not have to spread the batter. Cover the pan and cook for 1 minute over low flame.

  13. Spread 1 tbsp of the Chocolate spread on one side of the cake and then cover with the other side, continue doing this until you prepare all the sets.

RECIPE NOTES :

Notes: The batter has to be lump free and free flowing. Do not spread the batter with spoon, as the batter is free flowing it will automatically spread. Use the non-stick pan which has a cover, and also same measuring spoon or cup. Tips: Traditional Dora cake is made with eggs, honey and red bean paste spread.
